Malta Football Shirt Home Kit 2022-2023. Erreá brand in red colour. Adult sizes. Malta National Team Home Kit Shirt.
Shirt in red as the main colour, with white piping on the armpits and collar. The fabric of the shirt is carved with a mosaic pattern of the cross of St. John, also called the Maltese Cross. The coat of arms of the Maltese federation in white on the chest and also on the back of the shirt under the collar. Erreá brand logo in white on the left side of the chest.
The Malta national football team is one of the weakest in Europe, having won only 5 matches in official competition. Until 1984 it was a completely amateur team. Malta’s kit has traditionally been red, except for a few years in 2013 when pistachio green was used.
Erreà Sport and the Malta Football Association (Assoċjazzjoni tal-Futbol ta’ Malta) have produced the Malta football shirt, produced as a result of the Erreà – UEFA agreement under the Kit Assistance Scheme, through which UEFA supports smaller football associations by supplying technical sports kits.
