Once you have placed your order you will be able to follow its progress from the ‘My account’ section ‘My orders’. In any case, you will receive an email so you can track the transport.
If you have made a mistake, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org or go to the ‘Contact’ section and let us know. It takes a little time to assemble your box, so before sending it we will check the mail to see if there are any problems. Once the package has been sent we may not be able to make any changes to the delivery address but we will try to talk to the shipping company.
The boxes come from Madrid, Spain, so if your order comes from a country in the European Union you will not have to pay customs duties.
In some of our boxes we put 5% or 10% discount cards when you buy a new box. These are personalised, single-use coupons with an expiry date.
Yes, of course. Follow us on social media to find out about the raffles we do from time to time, and the special shirts we sometimes put in our boxes.
In order not to break the magic of the surprise boxes, we only make refunds in case of receiving defective material. You must send us the box with its original packaging and labels and when we receive it, if it is in perfect condition, we will refund the amount of the order. In this case the shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Due to shipping costs and package size, no more than 4 boxes can be purchased.
If you need an invoice, please send us an email to our email email@example.com indicating your order number and your details and we will send it to you as soon as possible.
